Our team of service technicians has a strong reputation for providing a high level of after sales service to all customers – no matter what type of equipment. Technicians regularly undergo manufacturer supported training programs to ensure they keep up to date with all the latest engineering developments.
With any job, it is important your equipment is performing to its best when it’s most needed. This is why we always recommend preventative maintenance in the form of servicing. Getting your equipment serviced by an authorised dealer also means it is done according to the manufacture’s guidelines and keeps your warranty validated. Wherever possible, service intervals should be followed and it is a good idea to take advantage of discounted out-of-season servicing during our less busy months.
Products such as PowerGard Protection from John Deere allow you to extend the period of the standard manufacturer warranty and/or you can sign up for PowerGard Maintenance – a preventative maintenance plan giving us the job of keeping your equipment running and profitable while you focus on your business. These products can be negotiated during the SALES stage and built into the quote when purchasing your new equipment – or added afterwards.
